"The property location is perfect on the beach which is very clean. The sea is almost mirror flat and loverly to swim in. The hotel has a great vibe with adults only, no children ruining the pool environment. The staff are amazing and very helpful paying attention to your needs before you ask. The room was clean and easy to stay in with an amazing shower. (Very powerful). The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff were great at supporting us with gluten and dairy free food. "I truly enjoyed my 3 nights at the Neptune’s Villa. I was impressed with how well the staff handled their work. They were very professional and friendly with their customers. I stayed at the bungalow. It was very nice and cleaned with no insects Breakfasts were yummy "

"I stayed in room R17 it's got a beautiful sea view and it's practically an Overwater bungalow. Any room with this view is a must to book. I.E. Room R17,16,15,14 and so on I loved it so much that I would love to buy one. The Resort is a minute walk to 7/11 and a very short walk to many restaurants. And maybe a 5 minutes walk to the full moon party beach. Would I stay here again, Yes I extended my stay."

"I stayed here for four nights. I chose the east side of Haad rin so I was walking distance from the full moon party and I’m glad I picked this hotel, close enough to walk to the busy part but far enough to not hear a thing. I didn’t use any of the pool or food facilities as I was out and about a lot, but room was cleaned perfectly everytime I left the sign on the door. Sea view was pretty, loads of parking for people to park their scooters! "

"This “hotel” is fine if you’re coming for the full moon party and that’s about it. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The staff however is extremely nice as it’s all a family that lives on site at property. The location is perfect for full moon party - 5 minute walk and you’re literally on the beach "
