"We booked the most expensive beach front bungalow for 2nights. The setting was beautiful but unfortunately we decided to cut out stay short. When we arrived we were taken to our room and found all 3 beds to have stained sheets, hairs and bugs.. we approached the receptionist who had checked us in and asked for the sheets to be changed, she was grumpy and snappy and asked us to wait until the next day to get the sheets changed, we politely refused and said we wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in...

"The property was modern, clean and had a very comfortable bed. I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it, il be back again one day! The only downside was that there wasn’t a cleaner, plus the location was far out but I had a moped so it was perfect for me. The price was brilliant and so art from the lack of a cleaner I would give the property 5 stars!"

"Right from check in this place was an absolute disaster. My biggest complaint though is we were set up in a moped scam. We rented a bike across from the hotel, at night we parked the bike in front of the store/reception area, and then went about our night. "We stayed for two nights to go to the full moon party. The owner was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was lovely (very important after a 12 hour bus journey from Bangkok!). The bed was very comfy. Location is great - short taxi ride from Had Rin (Full Moon location). Quiet area - would 100% recommend if you want to experience the full moon but be able to sleep well at night and rest during the day too! An absolute bargain for what we paid....

"If you like a more quiet vibe this is the place for you. Koh Space is extremely clean and nice. The WiFi works well and the rooms are clean and cozy. It is a shared bathroom setting which is fine as the bathroom and shower space is also kept quite clean.
