"We had a great time! We went packed and ready for “glamming” trip and got just that! The property is beautiful including the creek that runs on the back side. Yes, we had to put water in the toilet tank because the pipes were frozen and yes we heated water on the stove for washing dishes but this place was just perfect despite those things. Will definitely return and recommend 100% if you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway!"

"The cabin is perfect! It’s beautifully decorated, has 2 bathrooms, which accommodated 2 couple perfectly. It had all of the kitchen utensils needed to cook including a grill. It’s a gorgeous place! We enjoyed our stay there so much. It was so relaxing and peaceful. We caught a lot of fish just off of the dock. One of our group is a nature photographer and she got some fantastic shots of an Eagle who visited the lake everyday. It was GREAT! "

My primary negatives were that there was effectively no charcoal for the grill and only enough firewood for one night. "The lake, dock, view, canoe, fire part and deck were great. So was the setting. I'd highly recommend from that standpoint. The cabin is dated but overall it had a good cabin feel with a great view from the dinning room table. But the plumbing was less than desirable. Very hard to get a good temp in the shower and low pressure. The floors are very squeaky and doors were hard to close. I made the mistake of thinking the cabin was closer to Marquette so made for long drives back and forth. But...
