"This property is awesome. It was our second time here and it was just as great as the first time a few years ago. The depot has everything one would need. It is well appointed, clean and close to so many parks and nature preserves, which is what we love about the Guttenburg area.The depot has 3 TVs and soon, will have a 4th in the patio area. It has a washer and dryer, a well appointed kitchen, a large bathroom and two nice size bedrooms. Just a note, there is no dishwasher-not a problem for me. Also, bring your own hair dryer if you need one. Otherwise, it has everything! Bar-b-cue tools, games, DVD movies, even a video golf game on the porch. Guttenburg itself has a lot to see, especially where the barges travel the Mississippi. Even Dubuque is close enough or a visit.Jeff Pregler is great to work with and is quick to answer a text. He keeps the rental price reasonable and the propery in great condition.If you are going hiking, fishing, or just sight seeing in this area, "The Depot" should be your choice.But remember, you must like trains!
