The property is clean, for sure, but overall, it wasn't as enticing as the photos make it look. A few things made our stay less than stellar:
--No drawers to put clothes in.
--No handles on the drawers and cupboards in the kitchenette, making it really hard to open or use the cabinets.
--Our room had a couch, but no side lamps for reading nor a coffee table nor side table for setting down a drink or book.
--A desk, but no chair that properly fit comfortably with the desk (the easy chair didn't cut it).
Downstairs, there's a gorgeous great room overlooking the water, where you could relax for a while. But there was always a TV insipidly droning on somewhere (either in the nearby lobby or the great room itself) wrecking what could be a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.
The bar is really pleasant (though we didn't try the food). The location is good--adjacent to the downtown. The hotel is on a busy intersection, so ask for a quieter room if this will bother you.
