"Just as advertised out in the country. Large home plenty of room inside and out. Older kids loved the bunk house. Would love to have stayed longer as we were just in town for wedding. Too busy to enjoy the entire property."

"This place was exactly like the pictures and listing states. The pool was very nice, cleab, and a great place to cool off after a long day. The host was great and did anything and everything to help. "

Covered Bridge House's porch resembles the roof of an actual covered bridge.

"The farmhouse was cozy and relaxing to stay at. I can’t think of one thing that the host did not have covered. You can tell this property was important to them and they have done an excellent job with upkeep. The only thing I did bump down was the location because unfortunately it is located on a gravel road. And with the lack of rainfall, it was extremely dusty- too dusty to enjoy the front porch. Otherwise we enjoyed our time together at the Farmhouse very much! Thanks!"

"Our group of seven plus three dogs stayed in the farmhouse for a week during the summer and were very comfortable there! The house is large and very private, and we wish that it had been cooler weather so that we could have enjoyed a fire in the inside fireplace. We did somewhat miss having a dishwasher, but we survived! The listing and pictures are accurate, so you know that while it might not be the most luxurious accomodations, the affordability makes up for that. It is a drive to get back to...

"The house and property were amazing. We needed a slight adjustment to check in time and the owner was amazing to work with. We even had a neat and cheese tray waiting in the fridge for us!! Highly recommend if looking for lodging in the area!"

"A group of four of us stayed there over the Labor Day weekend. The house was great, very clean and large enough for the group. The kitchen had all the utensils and gear that we needed to cook for ourselves. The location is great, close to the lake, Pella, and the Bos Landen golf course. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and were easy to work with. We would be happy to stay there again next year."

"This home is perfect for a traveling family. My family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out. One of the basement rooms has 2 queen-sized beds that was perfect for my 2 kids. The home is very clean and the property has been cared for very well. We liked that we could park in the garage at night, too. Thank you for a great stay!"

"This property has been our favorite since our daughter moved to Des Moines. She lives in the Fleming Building, which is next to the Surety. The location is great, and we really like the underground parking. We will definitely be back."

Best Western Plus Dubuque Hotel & Conference Center

"My stay was great. Everything was clean. You could tell the property had been around a while but it was kept up. The only issue I had was a slumber party of little girls running around and using the pool unattended but the hotel addressed it before there was need for a call. Breakfast was great"
