"Quiet traditional and cosy pension, fabulously placed 2 minutes from the opera house. Helpful staff. Room very comfortable, clean and warm. Good shower/wifi and there’s a lift for upper floors. Its not a modern hotel with loads of extra facilities but I don’t want /need that. They look after cases after check out and provide tea/coffee in the room. "

"Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "

"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. It was very hot whilst we were there and there was no air conditioning or fans in our room which made it a little uncomfortable. "The property is just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to reach the city centre. The room was clean and well-equipped for long stays, with a stove and dishwasher adding to the convenience. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks—the phone in the room wasn’t working, and no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided.
