Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. "This house was perfect for our group! We were attending an event in St Petersburg and the drive was an easy 30 minutes. The house is beautiful and spacious and the highlight is definitely the huge back yard with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and of course the screened-in pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub is a bit complicated - we were sent very detailed instructions but still found ourselves confused and needed to reach out for help a couple times. The communication was quick...

"Great place not fancy has it all. Not enough wash clothes had to wash every day. The remote control fans interfere with each other. AC struggles to get below 75 so needed fans. Pocket doors go off tracks alot. Could use hooks to hang towels/suits out to dry. Id remove rugs for pet friendly. Great outdoor space. Yard worker sprayed roundup (Bad 4 all us & worse for furry friends). Overall love place & would return. Quiet street & beach area. Close to shops/restaurants. Bungalow style one level....

"Location was great, right off Pine and very near great restaurants, ice cream, shops, pier and small Bay beach. Direct shot down to the bigger beach and easy to find street parking. Very clean, great space, unique layout but kids had no problem sleeping on the trendle and sleeper couch."
