"The boat is amazing! The stereo did not work, we did not have a kayak or our own personal dingy. Definitely am going to stay again though."

"We arrived by our own boat and loved every minute! Perfect for teens who like a little adventure. The most beautiful sunset and star gazing spot in Cortez/AMI! "The property advertised the listing as a working sail boat you could stay on. Working meaning power. The amenities listed air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchenette, etc. With those things, we thought there would be some sort of electricity. The listing also told me to call 48 hours in advance of the arrival date to get check in instructions. I was not able to reach anyone until a few hours before arrival. "It was awful. We didn't stay, I honestly felt like my kids and I were going to be trafficked. They were an hour late, unapologetic, told me they had 4 last minute bookings, so why did they get priority over us who booked well in advance. A strange guy asked to motor us out to a different boat but said he'd have to clean linens first. They weren't going to leave a boat for us. It was pitch black. They didn't have my parking pass and didnt even know where I should park. "

"I️ had to find a last minute place to stay. I️ called with some questions, they were answered quickly and accurately, booked my night. Check in was super easy and fast. I️ was in my room in less than 5 minutes. The room was clean and beautiful! I️ was surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine! Had a bite to eat at the tiki bar, food was great. Bed comfortable!
