"This house gave us everything we were looking for. The location of this house is excellent. Easy access to all the things in the area. The private boardwalk to the beach is great, as you do not have to walk over the sand dune. The pool was nice but chilly ($500 to heat was a bit extreme for us). The elevator is really handy. "Room was clean and roomy. Was upgraded to handicap room. Was supposed to have walk in tub but didn’t. A little disappointed but okay. For a handicap room the bed shouldn’t be so high for the person with the handicap to get into. The doors to the entrance should open automatically. Also the chair in the room should not roll. A handicap person could get hurt falling. My wife fell but was not hurt."
