Island Winds East 306 will give you a front row seat to all the Gulf has to offer. Watch the pelicans glide by right in front of you and watch the dolphins feed on the schools of fish just beyond the sand bars.
This unit is perfect for a long weekend or a winter's stay. Take the elevator down and the beach is right there waiting for you. There is also a in ground pool and 306 is walking distance to the souvenir shops and restaurants. At the end of a hard day of fun the condo is comfortable with all the conveniences of home plus of course a view of the Gulf!

Terrible place to stay
Room was the size of a hotel room. Queen size couch bed had no sheets or blankets. We had to park our second car 1 mile from condo because of there 1 car per rental. The lady working the desk is the worst customer service rep you could imagine.

Sadly, I don't have enough room in this review to say everything I would like for it to so here is what I can do. 1. Cleanliness and upkeep. Not even an afterthought at this rental. 2. Amenities and customer assistance. They are a joke at best. 3. Online description. Misleading, to say the least. 4. Privacy? Forget about it. 5. If you are looking for a place for peace and relaxation do not waste your time here. 5. The beach view and access were the only redeeming qualities, but they only made up for so much. In short, the rental was a waste of my money, and I would never recommend anyone to use it.

Bring Your Binoculars
Bountiful beach themed condo with serene sea-glass colored walls and pops of peach highlights sure to lift your spirits. Fully-stocked kitchen with utensils and thoughtfully placed first-aid kit under the sink. Tile floors throughout have replaced the carpet. Bring binoculars to watch the brown pelicans dive into the ocean basin from the beauty of a balcony. Gulf side pool with impressive grills under an expansive covered patio. Outstanding Mexican restaurant across the street. Super location right next to the Hangout Music Festival. Will stay there again.

Great location, needs updating
The location is ideal. Gulf front. Walking distance to popular places. The unit needs some uodating and the bathroom needs some serious work. We had a long weekend for a tournament and the place is quiet and close to everything.

Great location and well worth the price!
The condo was exactly as listed, the location was great, and the view is amazing! The only issue we had was the pull out sofa! When pulled out into the bed, it was broken down and so uncomfortable. And there was only one thin, almost throw-like blanket to use for it and not enough pillows. The couch is literally the only complaint I have!

Condo was in great location for Meeting of the Minds held at the Hangout. Furnishings were not great but wasn’t an issue. The bed was very uncomfortable & we had to buy a blanket. We froze the first night. Also had to buy some towels. Very few in condo.

Great Location/ Needs Renovation
The condo was in a great location. However, the pictures posted don’t reflect the actual shape the condo is in. There was mold/mildew on the living room and bedroom ceilings. The floors would sweat so bad in the afternoons with so much moisture and be soaking wet. The couch was old and has stains all over it. Also, the air vent in the closet was being held up by a dust pan. There was sand all in the grout when we arrived that made it seem it was never cleaned from previous customers. Definitely not what we thought we were paying for.

Locked out
We were locked out of our room due to messed up door. Called the number listed the lady said send out a local tech which she couldn’t tell me when so my husband found a maintenance manager that keep up other unit which was through another rental we finally got in the room through the window which this is at 9 at night the maintance manger tried to fix it but couldn’t that night next morning they tried to fix again door still messed up so throughout the rest of stay we had to climb in and out the window and still no one from the owner of condo ever came. We would if had to sleep outside with all of our belongings inside condo including keys to vehicle if we couldn’t have got through window . Will never rent this condo again

Poor management and customer service by VACASA
Upon 4pm checkin after receiving confirmation via text and email. We unloaded our belongings and recently purchased groceries to find the unit not cleaned from prior guest's stay. Contacted vacasa, and still awaiting a return phone call or email after several phone messages and two emails per representative guidance and ticket made. We had to purchase dinner out after being unable to prepare food bought from store and waited an additional 2.5 hours before being able to use the unit. Poor customer service recovery. Do not recommend any VACASA managed rental

Overall, our short stay was great. We had no issues getting into the room. There needs to be a room darken shade or curtain. Also instructions on how to use the TV. Stereo was way too low because my hearing isn't the best. We needed more than 2 pillows but we made it okay. Overall the place is great but needs updating. I really would have enjoyed a privacy balcony too.

DISASTER!
First, there were no decent sized nonstick pans. We fried eggs in one and ended up spending half an hour cleaning it. The internet never worked. We called the internet company twice and texted Vacasa but never got it to work. Worst of all there was a mouse infestation. We killed 4 in two days. It ruined our vacation.

This property needs to be updated in the worse way….the TV in the bedroom didn’t work an also the fridge wasn’t cooling when we arrived….called an someone returned my call but nobody ever showed up…unfortunately I will not return to this property!!!!

Great location but bring an air mattress.
The location was excellent! The sofa bed/futon could not be used because it was so uncomfortable. It also came with two fitted sheets and no pillows or extra blankets. Bring an air mattress, extra pillows and blankets. Loved the washer and dryer. I stayed here with my three daughters but had to buy an air mattress since the sofa bed/futon was so uncomfortable.
