"Had a very nice stay. The owner was nice and helpful. Trying to deal with the lost company was a little frustrating figuring out how to get a hold of someone. Once I got to the right person at evolve they gave me the numbers I needed. Guessing they are a third party renting for the owner. Lovely stay and had an awesome time. Bed in the master should be changed to a much better quality frame. Can’t even sit on it without it squeaking. "

"The area is a little sketchy to be honest. All kinds of people walking the streets at all times of night and you could definitely tell it wasn’t travelers and most were not very friendly people. The sheets on the couch bed was absolutely disgusting. Hair, dirt, and stains. I have pictures. The floors were still covered with sand when we first arrived. The sheets and the floor could’ve been prevented but the description of a “condo” was not it"

"This property was perfect for our family. Kids had their own space in the basement. The beach access was the easiest we’ve ever had in all our years of vacationing. Easy communication with property management. Highly recommend this updated, clean property with beautiful views!"
