"Overall the property manager was extremely responsive to any questions or help we needed, which was awesome. Having hotel guests sharing a property with long term condo owners in one place meant it was very busy and noisy especially at the pool and out front at the Cabana’s, which we didn’t take into account or realize."

"This was out 3rd stay. The condo and the property are well cared for. The staff, from security to the front desk to the restaurant are lovely and very helpful. The team managing the condo are very responive in answering any questions. The condo location is great and adjacent to the marina which has a small sundry and also a liquor store which is an easy walk. Walking home from dinner out in Ixtapa in the evening felt very safe. "My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! It was the perfect spot for the two of us. We loved starting our mornings with a trip to the pool or beach. After a full day, we could return to the condo to cook dinner, do laundry, and end the evening watching our favorite movies. A big thank you to Des for being so kind and keeping us informed!"

"The place was centrally located and walking distance to everything. La Madera beach is just below and about a 2 min walk down the stairs. We loved it and would definitely come back and stay. The one and only downside is that the two units below are undergoing renovation and thus there is a bit of noise and jackhammering, but otherwise it was an amazing stay!"

"I have been staying a BVG Marina for over 10 years. This was the first time staying in this unit and it did not disappoint. The balcony was amazing - views, table, lounge chairs and a pool deep enough to cool off and accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. This is nice when the main pool area downstairs is full; you have your own oasis. Jorge was quick to communicate and attentive to our needs. You are on the 18th floor...so check off a item on the bucket list and take the stairs at least...
