"It was a great stay for families. Very close proximity to people square and different malls. Very clean and well maintained. My family had a really great stay here and would love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you."

"This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I was disappointed that I could not use the swimming pool during my stay due to the pool not being functional. Location of the property is brilliant. "

"Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! There is a laundry room at lvl 1 with free washer dryer and detergent, laundry bags were provided too. The indoor pool was heated and there was a lifeguard on duty. Our room was at the XiXiaLou side. The hotel staff were very ftiendly and helpful, doorman was also very helpful! I would definitely return here if I come to Suzhou again. Would recommend to friends and family too."
