"Very very Brand new property! This was an awesome stay with the family. Central located but not in the center which is awesome for the peace and quiet ( of course the occasional callejonada) that passes by through the night but it’s part of the city’s tradition. The pool and the hot tub were open and they were magnificent not many properties have this amenities. "Very friendly staff! Incredible views. We loved the walk to and from town (get ready for lots of up and down hills). This is a budget stay. Prepare to bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Glad they offered bottle water in the main area for us to refill our water. The chain was broken on our toilet. We let the staff know but no one came to fix it so we fixed with a bobby pin. "
