Our stay there was an absolute nightmare. The manager was beyond rude and aggressive. We were charged 500 dlls for “damages” (our baby threw up on the sheets) and when we asked to reconsider the charge, the manager called the police and threaten us to take us to jail unless we paid. We paid under duress and left the hotel with one night still pending on our stay. I contacted Expedia directly but the agent didn’t offer any solution and recommended to contact the local authorities. The place is absolutely beautiful but the manager and staff are on a power trip and we didn’t feel safe staying there. I reported this to Expedia, and the local tourism authorities but haven’t gotten any answers back. This was the second time staying there and the first time the same manager was not very nice in her demeanor and customer service, but since the place is beautiful, we decided to give it a chance. I would stay away from that place until they fix how they treat their guests. Again they called the police on us because we told them the cleaning fee was absolutely excessive and were almost thrown in jail. The worst nightmare I’ve ever encounter and I am a seasoned traveler.

Got to the hotel at 2pm and were told our room wasn’t ready yet. We decided to wait and sat at the tables outside of reception. At exactly 3pm they told us our room was ready. We were then given the room right next to reception where we had been sitting. Nobody had walked in or out of the room in that entire hour. I understand checkin is at 3 but that’s pretty ridiculous. There were some (body) hairs on the floor of the bathroom that definitely weren’t ours but otherwise room was ok and the attached restaurant is great.

Super pretty, clean, comfy bed, nice water pressure, friendly service, safe parking space. Lots of stairs( no elevator, narrow staircase) super slow WiFi - I just used my cell. Overall we liked. Great restaurants and an amazing bar are across from the street

Great spot, bus stops almost outside to take you right into Centro or of course an easy taxi ride. My only issue was that that the photo of the room I booked showed a window and I had no window. The receptionist said a lot of rooms didn’t have windows. Room was very nice, spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. There is a beautiful terrace with fantastic views. My room was on the top floor which was a challenge for me
