"Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We were very late to arrive to check-in, just after 11pm. And the website said check-in time was between 3pm & 11pm. There was no issue with this, though I did call them during the day to say we will be late arriving. Also, we had to leave our car in the car park after we checked-out the next morning, to attend the graduation ceremony, until later in the day. It was not an issue at all for them. Super accommodating & helpful. We would stay there again."
