"We stayed in a family room for one night. The room was decent size. The bathroom was small but the shower was good. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. The bar is nice too. There is a lot of noise from the bar until after 11pm, which we were warned about, and it was a Saturday so to be expected! "

"Lovely welcome from Callum to check my arrival time earlier in day. The place was lovely, spotless, nice kitchen, lounge and set in location with beautiful views. Room was great, large bed, great bathroom with toiletries, flannels also provided. Shower was good and plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee in room and good t.v. Hairdryer also. Breakfast was self service with bacon eggs and sausage. I was more than happy with cereals, nice tiger bread toast and coffee. Excellent value and so...

"The shower head was growing some kind of mould/fungus. Really gross. General cleanliness was pretty poor. And loud music until midnight on Saturday meant there was no possibility of sleeping before then. "

"Excellent location, set back from any main roads. Extremely peaceful but exactly what you need for a weekend away. Pond outside of the cabin made it gorgeous for a lovely drink in the morning to start the day. Scott was a fantastic host and extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely return. "

"The room and the service was excellent. Fully stocked room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and everything we needed was provided. Sharon provided everything we needed during the stay, and made us felt very welcome. There are only two rooms within the tea rooms which made it feel very personal staying. The tea room is located in a lovely village that has 3 pubs and has some really nice walks. We have even booked to return next year."

"We didn’t stay because there were 20 stone steps up to the apartment with open railings at the side and landing which we felt was unsafe for us and our dog. Also the fenced in area at ground level was gravel with lots of doors off and nooks and crannies where a dog might go in and be difficult to find The owner said when I emailed the next day said that they would have blocked off the railings if we had asked but we felt that going up and down these stone steps to take the dog out would have...

"What can we say. Entrance mat filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty handprint on the bathroom wall. Shower riser rusty, shower tiles mouldy. Didn't look like anywhere had been swept or vacuumed. Lack of somewhere to put drinks in the lounge. If there is more than 2 of you you will struggle to sit and eat or sit in the lounge together. Toilet seat very loose, dangerous. Neighbours Alexa plays music all night and alarms start going off from 5am. Management company say sorry but do nothing about it....
