"The flat is excellent value for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I also LOVED the location. Woolwich was a revelation - quiet, close to the tube and the Thames, cool coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back. The flat itself could use a bit of TLC to make it perfect, but I am only talking minor things like a coffee table and taking the peeling stickers from the walls.overall though - excellent!"

"Room was basic but functional but too warm with very little control. Bathroom fan did not work so no odour extraction possible. Sink was not particularly clean around the plug. Location was very good to be able to catch the train and communal areas were pleasant. Breakfast was very good and of a high standard."
