"The room was clean and tidy. The team at the front desk was helpful during check in. However there was a misunderstanding as I was only making enquiry about breakfast but we noticed it got added to the bill when we check out, it took a while to clarify the situation and the charge has been removed at the end. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel."
