"We were in Kingsport to visit relatives and needed a place to stay. This house was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t need to cook, so I can’t speak to that. The only negative I have to say is that the air freshener was too strong when we first got there. It made us wonder if it was going to smell bad when it wore off but it didn’t. The house didn’t need it. I’d definitely stay here again and just ask the host to hold the air freshener. "

"The house was perfect for our stay, with two separate living spaces (upstairs and down), spacious kitchen and open floor plan and the views! Sunrises over the lake and an awesome screened porch. We will stay here again! The hosts were kind to decorate with a tree and other Christmas decor. "

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay the Dorland Cottage. Everything was within walking distance. The cottage is apart of Hot Springs history; it is quaint and relaxing, especially sitting on the front porch. We plan on coming back."

"Cozy mountain cabin for our two families that was clean, comfortable and met all our expectations. Our kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Close to skiing and tubing activities. The higher elevation let us experience decent snowfall which we were really looking forward to this year! Def need 4WD/AWD to make it up the mountain road leading to the cabin. "

"Townhouse is spacious for 6 adults. Views are breathtaking. We used townhouse to sleep pretty much. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms/ showers are clean. Would definitely come back/recommend. "

"My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!
