"In my experience , this Super 8 doesn't deserve the poor reviews. For my stay, everything was fine. The room and bathroom were clean, everything worked, and it was very quiet. Bonus for guest laundry facilities. The breakfast was minimal as other reviews have noted, but overall it's just what you wold expect from a Super 8"

"I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can. "

"The bridge to the property has a steep drop off that scraped the bottom of my car. Getting in the lockbox for the key was difficult ,had to go to neighbor for property manager info. due to no wifi at the cabin to use cell phone . No heat in the bathrooms . Would only recommend if these problems was addressed."

"Good cabin, nice and quiet. @30 minutes from Gatlinburg and nice hikes. Neighbors dogs (the white dog) were biting at my kids and I had to run them off multiple times, not the cabin owners fault. Nice cabin for the price though - we would book again."
