"The property was an electrical hazard. It was not clean and we had no hot water due to a leaking tap. We were made aware of the leak an hour before we booked in and they said it would be fixed the next day. What they did not tell us was that we would have no hot water and the leak was so bad that we had to use towels to stop the bathroom floor flooding. We moved out after one night. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived. The place says that there is free wifi and it is marketed as a self place to stay, but there is no soap of any kind provided (no hand soap, body soap, or hair soap). When traveling from far distances, it's not reasonable to bring these items, so the place should clearly label it. At the same time, it says "free wifi" but you are actually limited to 3GB's. "The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing. "

"This is the kind of hostel/resort I always look for. Day excursions! Nightly fun! Chill area with a pool. Great travelers all around. Staff was amazing! Able to get a private room for this “grown man” 😂 this is the place! "
