"The property was an electrical hazard. It was not clean and we had no hot water due to a leaking tap. We were made aware of the leak an hour before we booked in and they said it would be fixed the next day. What they did not tell us was that we would have no hot water and the leak was so bad that we had to use towels to stop the bathroom floor flooding. We moved out after one night. The place was terrible."

"The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. "My family of three had a great stay at Avatara. Our bed was large and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and all staff were kind and great with our toddler. The airport transfer Avatara arranged for us was easy and the driver was so wonderful. Additionally, communication with the owner before our stay was prompt, kind, and clear. This was our first trip to Cape Town and the Green Point neighborhood is safe with plenty to do and great places to eat. We recommend Avatara 100%!"

"The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing. "
