"Clean and quiet property in old warehouse section close to V&A waterfront area. Not a great view out the front but this place has character and not your average modern hotel layout but shabby chic with a bit of funk. Great breakfasts and Giorgio restaurant downstairs in courtyard for dinner. Reasonably priced for location!"

"Beautiful new property. Location excellent to explore market and muslim section but evening can look bit scary as there are homeless around. I wouldn’t mind staying rather here and take Uber around that is about $4 to go anywhere around town and be in nice property than to be at Waterfront that is located close to the restaurants but is very wore down. Loved this hotel"

"The “family” room we had was 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. They were small but perfect for what we needed. The location near the V&A waterfront was perfect. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. "

"Centrally located hotel with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was large and enjoyable to stay in. My less than stellar marks come down to the small things; the bathroom didn’t have a proper showerhead, the kitchen area didn’t have much for actually making a meal, and the TV didn’t work. Not big issues, just small things"

"Check in was fast and easy. room was ready early. views were great from 6th floor corner room with many windows. Breakfast buffet was great. Cappuccino machines were delicious but slow. Restaurant staff was fantastic "

"Friendly welcome on arrival and departure by all staff The room was small but, and since I only slept there, it was not an issue. Small maintenance issues in the room that should have been addressed lowered the rating to 4 instead of an ideal 4.75. The food in the café was good value, and the staff were very friendly. I would stay again."

Beautiful Breakfast buffet with delicious omelettes and anything else one could want for breakfast. Indoor outdoor restaurant downstairs, excellent menu, reasonably priced. Live small band last night, more formal dining room on second floor. Freindly staff. Just an all around nice friendly, clean quiet, small sized hotel!"
