The flat is clean and spacious and I would definitely come and visit again with my family."

"The property was an electrical hazard. It was not clean and we had no hot water due to a leaking tap. We were made aware of the leak an hour before we booked in and they said it would be fixed the next day. What they did not tell us was that we would have no hot water and the leak was so bad that we had to use towels to stop the bathroom floor flooding. We moved out after one night.
