"Arrived at the condo at 6:30 when check-in was 4:00,due to traffic and the condo was completely filthy. That maid has not been there. Called and told them we needed someone to come. He said it would take him an 1 hr45 minutes to get there so we had to sit in our car literally 2 1/2 hours.. They offered us $100 for inconvenience to go out to dinner which we had 30 minutes to plow down some food , after returning from dinner to our surprise we found out as we went to bed. There’s no mattress...

"The property was awesome with everything provided to have an excellent stay at the beach. The location is quiet however it is in walking distance to a grocery store or short drive to downtown. I highly recommend this rental property for a trip to combine a beach vacation with visiting the historic sites of St. Augustine."

"Location is very good…unit is in an older project but has very nice amenities including tv, fridge with ice maker, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean with linens, iron and ironing board and blow dryer. Perfect for our stay (close to the wedding venue) and half the price of a comparable motel room."

"Perfect getaway for my now fiancé for the two of us. Nice quiet place on the river with screened in patio to sit and relax . We went into historic downtown full of people ( which was beautiful with lights for Christmas ) but was nice to retreat to the river. The unit has everything you need to feel at home . We really enjoyed the long weekend here and will come back for future trips to Saint Augustine. "

"We had a fantastic time. Condo has high end finishes with beautiful ocean front views. Lovely beach walks just steps away and quick trips into St Augustine to see the Christmas lights. Condo was tastefully decorated for a beach Christmas. Special touches like the Christmas decor, custom cookies and a greeting and tour by the owner made it a truly special stay. Thanks Mike and Karyn for an awesome holiday retreat!!"

"I brought my daughter and several of her friends to St. Augustine and stayed at the Ray for her 18th birthday. The Ray, 1st floor was perfect! Open living area, spacious bedrooms, and easy access in and out. It was clean, comfortable and we loved the bathrooms."
