"Good value. Bungalow room a little tired. No in room tea and coffee facilities - so have to go to main restaurant for everything. Property facilities OK. "

Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. "My husband and I have both traveled internationally but neither of us have ever experienced the type of gracious and considerate hotel staff. Each and every one we encountered was amazing. This was really proven when my husband, who has heart problems, had to be taken to the hospital. They arranged a car to take me (while my husband was in the ambulance) and deliver both of us back home upon release. This was our first visit to Crete, for our 30th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. "
