"The property Is handled by excellent staff.
George and Athanastia go above and beyond to address any issues and help with ideas for dinner locations. They made the stay so pleasant.
The only issue regarding getting up to Acron Villas is the road which is very narrow and not well lighted at night."

"Nice and quiet location, away from noise and crowd. Great concept in general, but there is tone of room for improvement:
1) fix the listing:
a) please upload real pictures, not those from the renovated unit;
b) this property is not on the beach (you have to cross the main road);
c) it's not a sandy beach;
2) do something about the fumes from the water heater entering the bathroom;
3) pool lining is way to rough;
4) not enough cookware in the unit (one sauce pan and that's it),...

"We stayed at the villa for a week. We came in April so the weather was not too hot but it was decent. We arrived at San martino and there is a pretty dangerous and steep hill to drive down so after day 1 we decided to park on the street before the hill. I think signage could be more clear on where the villas are. The villa was lovely, the right amount of space and had a really nice outdoor area over looking lovely views. "Great villa very spacious with two small pools ideal for cooling off. We travelled with two children and the villa had plenty of space host was accommodating and communication via WhatsApp was great. Breakfast was generous and delivered fresh and hot. Overall great spot and large villa perfect for a family. To be extremely picky the downstairs aircon location is no ideal and doesn’t cool the whole bedroom. "

"I booked this stay on the spur of the moment, and the hotel staff was excellent from the very first - especially Eirini, who was very helpful, flexible, and understanding (sailboats don’t always do what we want!).
The room was stunning, spotlessly clean, lavishly stocked, and boasting great views. The breakfast was superb - huge menu, delivered and set out beautifully on our balcony. "

"Great as a base to go out everyday on tours and sightseeing. Very clean and enjoyed it a lot. Street is noisy so if you’re a light sleeper may not be best but for youngsters and heavy sleepers not to worry"

"Stayed at Ira hotel, located in the Firostefani town, with my wife for 5 nights during our winter stay in Santorini. The hotel is located along the cliff on the caldera and therefore provides the most stunning views possible. Our room was the most exclusive room located at the very bottom of the hotel which granted us total privacy (no neighbors), a large hot tub and the most stunning views imaginable. Our main gripe with the room was that the bathroom (sink and shower) water took forever to get warm and would only get luke warm which was never warm enough to our liking. We also wish the hot tub got warmer but the temperature was not adjustable. Last gripe was that the included breakfast was just ok. That said, the service was superb. We only really interacted with 2 people during our entire stay. The young man who carried out luggage and served us breakfast was very quiet and polite. Christine, the hotel manager in the reception office, was very kind and super helpful. She gave us her Whatsapp #, recommended restaurants, helped us book a rental car and even gave us a ride down the road to a restaurant on our first night which was cold and wet. The hotel is located right along the popular hiking trail which was very convenient. Be mindful that there are lots of steps and stairs in this hotel in order to get around. Overall, we loved our stay here and don't know how we're ever going to top or even match the views we got here. Highly recommended!"
