"Overall stay was good. The pool was extremely cold but the kids still swam. The guy at the front desk stared a lot without saying a word so that was kinda creepy. They didn’t have extra towels available in the swimming area even though they had a shelf for towels while swimming "

"Long wait for check in. After waiting long finally got a room just to go all the way up with all of my stuff to the room being occupied. Got a different room with no working tv remote and Waited over an hour for a remote to be brought to my room. Staff was friendly but the waiting periods were ridiculous. "

"It's a very good hotel in the China Town of Houston. Super easy to have access a great variety of Asian foods. Easy to go to downtown or Galveston. "

"Nice although alot if strict rules, they do not allow pets as stated on Expedia, staff has strict rules to extend or rebook before 11 am or else you wait downstairs to check in again til 3 pm. Nice hot breakfast."

"It was very clean and cozy. After a long day working, I was able to get a restful sleep! There were no roaches, everything worked just fine, and it was priced well! If possible, I'll be back for a weekly rate. "

"Booked online and ran into problems with that. But the staff was more than patience and worked to figure out the issue. The hotel is being remodeled, so it still had work to be done but the completed part of the hotel we're very nice. There is no smoking and a fine will be applied. But pets are welcomed. There is a security fee that I didn't know about. But the staff lowered it security fee to accommodate us. The staff is really what made the stay nice they had so many problems but they...
