On arrival the gentleman was extremely friendly and offered help with our bags. "Very friendly staff, nice breakfast with kippers an option. Plenty of parking and located at the quiet end of the seafront. No keys or cards for the rooms as it is done with pass codes. Only minor problem was very creaky floorboards "
