"Great service from friendly and helpful staff, which makes it special. Good location near seafront without being noisy. Room decor not quite to our taste (a bit dated) and the ironwork on the tiny balcony a bit shabby but that did nothing to spoil it for us really. All the important stuff like the service, the food and cleanliness was spot on."

"The staff at the Ocean were incredible, they couldn’t do enough for us, such a great team! Room was lovely, was a little noisy at night due to other guests but isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast was delicious, all made fresh and could make adjustments to suit. "

"Greeting by the hotel host was outstanding very polite and courteous even asked how our travel up was, shown to our outstanding room which was spacious and very very clean. We loved our stay here and will use it again IF we ever return to Great Yarmouth. "

"The beach n city centre is jus few minutes away.Theatre was in front of hotel.various entertainment games zones was at every few minutes.Good for kids n adults to enjoy.The drawback is that Hotel don't have parking .so you need to pay extra for parking which is 15 pound for 24 hours little bit expensive."
