"Perfect overnight stop. Extremely welcoming and accommodating. A member of staff moved her car so that I had a prime spot! Very helpful staff, breakfast was great and both was too much trouble. They’d installed portable air con because it was a very warm day and night. Room was tastefully decorated and the quality of the materials (fittings, tiles etc) was high."

The bathroom was lovely, however it was a little high to climb into the shower, bath and someone who was suffering with a bad a leg found it hard going, also getting out of the bath/shower there was no hand rail to support. "

"We stayed for 4 nights bed and breakfast. Check in was easy and staff friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was done on request which I liked. We ate in the bar on the first night. Food was excellent. Same menu as the restaurant where we ate on the last night. There was added specials to choose from. This was our third visit to Burn Hall and we will certainly be back."

"The hotel is in a perfect location , the staff very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and serviced well each day. Somethings are a little tired , perhaps the bathrooms need an upgrade . It was nice to use the outside pool on a hot day. Breakfast was good. We did not eat in the hotel other than breakfast and we did not used the full spa facilities so can't comment on them. We would happily stay again . "

The breakfast was very good, the chef can poach an egg properly which can often be a challenge.
