"One night stay for a gig in Leeds, the lady on reception was the most welcoming of any staff I’ve ever come across in properties I’ve stayed at . The place was nice and quiet and well presented. "I would recommend a stay here for the fabulous central location. The room was clean and check in instructions were very clear. Please be aware there was no reception as such, but if needed you can leave your luggage at the bar next door, and there were emergency contacts listed. We didn't need any of this but good to know. There were a couple of bottles of water in the room and some discount vouchers, all of which were an unexpected bonus. The kitchenette was handy if you wanted to make a drink...

"Very few properties are perfect and this property had a few issues, but these pale in comparison to the convenience, location, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff more were truly amazing and they themselves deserve five stars. They were accommodating, considerate, professional, efficient, kind, and truly represented the very best of York. "The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus.
