"Hotel is beautiful. Very classy, great art work and extremely clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My only issue is i was over charged for one days breakfast for two of us when we only had breakfast once. Unfortunately, we had a 4.30am check out and our taxi had arrived so i didnt check the invoice thoroughly. I have emailed the hotel to see if i can be reimbursed, i have yet to have a reply."

"The hotel and their staff were excellent. The one big negative was the spa, which may be separately owned and operated. The spa staff was uncoordinated and untrained The front desk unmanned for several minutes, so I had to find someone to check me in. My masseuse was clueless, giving me the worst deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She never introduced herself, confirmed my name or length and type of treatment nor asked for or followed my requests about areas to focus on. It is a VERY awkward...
