"The room was spacious as we ended up with a handicap room. As was the bathroom. The bed did feel like I was sitting on a cardboard box. The bar sraff had to attend to the dining area and wasn't very attentive during the evening. Only a few patrons ar rhe bar including the night desk clerk. The breakfast wait staff were a bit busy, but not attentive to the orders taken. Missing items from the meal order. The hotel is close to the T which made it easy to get to the FB game. "

"Great location to downtown. Walked from hotel to Market Square & all around downtown. Frint desk worker was very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite on the 18th floor. Beautiful views! The suite was very clean and spacious."

"This was our second time staying there we really like the place and location but this time there was something in our room that made us both sneeze continuously and got clogged up as soon as we would leave the room we were both good when we would return in minutes the same thing happened my only other issue would be in the winter month they should have a smoking area heated even if it’s in the parking garage "

"I foolishly ignored the commenters on here who said there was no hot water for showers. I figured there were enough of those comments that the hotel would have fixed the problem. NOT SO! Everything else was ok; but the shower water never got better than lukewarm. "
