"Lovely friendly hotel enjoy my stay with family in hot tubs swimming pool and bar a lovely time "

"We visited for our youngests daughters 5th birthdya trip to Legoland. The hotel was brilliant in location and the staff couldn't have been more lovely/helpful the entire stay. I emailed the night before our visit to ask if they might be abke to pop a birthday message in the room. They went abjve and beyond and blew up balloons and wrote a birthday card and laid out chocolates on the bed on a smiky face shape. So kind! Sana at breakfast and in the restaraunt was particularly lovely and caring/helpful. As were the reception ladies giving the children activities to do and the prize was HI money to hand over at the bad for some sweeties. Everyone at the hotel were wonderful. The only exception being a male bar man who was rude and unhelpful but when another staff memeber noticed, she continued the amazing level of customer service and kindness on his behlaf. Wonderful hotel. Shout out to Sana! Lovely stay! Thank you! :D "

"Hotel is in urgent need of an upgrade. The staff are great the room was very clean. The bed needed a new mattress as it was very lumpy. We had to leave the hotel for breakfast although there was loads of very good places to eat nearby. The hotel is covered with scaffolding and workmen are busy working in the area."
