The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! We received a warm welcome upon checking in, given a delicious drink and our room was perfect. The sofa bed had already been pulled out and the bed made for us so we could enjoy both beds in the room with no effort required. The TV system, air con/heating, room amenities and bathroom were all just perfect. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the vibe and decor of the downstairs area is so industrial and quirky, we loved it. We had an amazing nights...

"Quirky hotel with lots of appeal, eclectic mix of styles which definitely works. Loved the tented area with lots of seating & heaters, great Moroccan feel. We are in the Thai restaurant & the food was delicious with great service. Our room was very dusty and dark & the lights seem to be all or nothing but we loved our stay & would love to stay again."

"Staybridge Suites on Bath Road is the perfect starting point hotel for families visiting London. This location offers large family friendly rooms, with a stocked kitchenette and a decent breakfast. Everything a family needs after a long Atlantic flight. And don't worry about getting to the hotel. It costs no more than 25 GBP via a Taxi and any Ride App. P.S. Take the family to the Three Magpies Pub a short hop away for authentic British food and very reasonably priced children's menu."
