"The pub itself is very good. Food and service excellent. Our room was very tired and inneedof updating. The worse thing was the bed, which had a coil sprung mattress which was one of the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. We were offered a room change for the second night, but it was Christmas day and we had to travel into Henley for the day so couldn’t wait long enough for a room to be ready for us. "Really lovely place to stay, not what I was expecting at first but I have zero complaints about it!! The staff were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful and the shower controls were mindblowing; the only downside is the pillows/mattress aren’t too comfortable, but everything else about the property is fantastic.
