"It’s a great place for families. Just don’t need anything from house keeping. Like towels or toilet paper. You will have to go yo the front desk at least 3 times for service. We stayed 3 nights with 5 people in each of our rooms "

"The room was very clean and staff were very friendly! I told the young lady at the front desk we were there to celebrate my grandson’s fourth birthday and she never forgot. I only have two complaints, one the toilet is too low and two, the fitted sheet didn’t stay on the bed. Peppa Pig, Legoland and SeaLife are located in the mall which is across the street from the hotel and very convenient. "
