"If you know the Zephyr you know it’s the best/closest ski in ski out property in Winter Park. This condo was on the same floor as the ski lockers, exit to slopes, and hot tubs. Best location ever!!!"

"Comfortable beds. You might want to bring your own pillows if picky on that. Dated, but clean. Rec center has heated pool and big outdoor hot tubs. Kitchen stocked with basics utensils for cooking. Spacious. Easy parking. Loved having 2 full bathrooms! "

The host was very detailed in her instructions and guidance for how to operate everything and the check in/ check out procedures so we had no issues or questions with how to be a guest her her condo. She was communicative before the booking and was available for questions during our stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area."

"Love the location. Condo was fine. We had a big issue with a terrible smell on the master bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. Host responded immediately and offered to refund our remaining nights, but we stayed in the second bedroom the last two nights. "

"The condo was just as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and has so many items not normally stocked in a short-term rental (an abundance of coffee pods, foil, ziploc bags, condiments, teas, plenty of shower supplies, iron, laundry detergent…and more!). Communication with the owner was almost immediate, and she was very accommodating. The location was perfect for anything you want to do in the area. I would love to stay here again on my next trip!
