"We were not able to check in even after confirmation of our booking. After waiting in line for a while, the front desk didn't have the reservation listed in their system and sent us away at 6:30 pm telling us to call Evolve. We called and they told us that the reservation was still stuck pending in the air and they had to still confirm that cleaning services were completed. Hmm at 6:30-7 pm!! We waited on line again and finally received the key to the studio suite."

"We really liked the location. It is near a large a supermarket and only 30 minutes to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was perfect for two couples with 1 King bed in one bedroom and two doubles in the other and two bathrooms. The only downside was it is on the second level and there are stairs. (We are senior citizens, but we managed). And the location in the building is not well marked."

"This condo was dirty. They did not stock soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags or toiletries. We made contact with the manger and basically got ghosted by her. We finally received the supplies on our third night. What a joke. The tv stopped working, one of the railing boards fell off and there was piles of dust on the ceiling. The building was old and has not been updated. We spent very little time in the condo.I would avoid this place altogether and look else where next time. There are...
