"Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day / 4 night stay at this Base Camp One condo. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 3. Parking and access to the condo was very easy. It was nice being on the first floor as it was a short walk to everything at Granby Ranch. The location is ideal as we were about a 30 minute drive from Winter Park, Grand Lake and RMNP. I do wish the condo had A/C but the window and ceiling fans worked just fine and the patio door had a good screen as well. Check in and check out was easy. Instructions were clear in communications and throughout the condo."

The location was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, being close to numerous trailheads for hiking, fishing, and canoeing. The natural beauty of the surrounding area made every activity even more enjoyable. Additionally, the proximity to Grand Lake added to the convenience and charm of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin. It exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again."

"We felt right at home at this well appointed property in Granby Ranch. The neighborhood has wide open spaces between homes and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It was not far to the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was also close to peaceful paddle boarding on Monarch Lake and the cute town of Granby."

"This place is gorgeous on the outside, the rooms are a bit dated but they are very clean and have small kitchenette’s. I have stayed here a few times and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again."
