"Kevin was super friendly at the front desk!! We stayed in room 414 which was very nice. The walk-in shower was huge and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The pool area was amazing, we didn’t take advantage during our 4 nights but definitely a bonus. One improvement to be made would be responding to the two messages sent via Expedia. This might have ensured a smoother check-in. We would stay again if we come back to Granada. "

"Room was fine though a little small don’t think I ever had bed so close to door. We were in alleyway on1st floor (hotels.com special?) which you got some noise at night but not much. Bathroom is bizarre: sink in common area, then open door to narrow passage with 2 doors on left (toilet then shower) and bathtub at end. Nearby cathedral. Roof bar was nice with great views, bartender and vibe nice. Marriott nearby is nicer. When checking in staff was more interested with guest brought over by...

"First Time I taken the time to review a hotel, however I am making an exception for Shine Albayzin. Excellent customer service. Was greeted by Antonio who made sure I had the location of all the best restaurants, tourist attractions and local shopping. Antonio even recommended us a Flamenco show which was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located in the heart of the city, shopping and food. Taxi service is easily accessible, however everything is within walking...
