"Perfect location, super friendly staff, beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable (I struggle with that in a lot of European hotels). Breakfast was included in the rate, had a solid selection. Room was on the second floor but didn't have any issues with noise from the street. My only wish is that they'd have has a little coffee and tea station in the room. As it is winter, would've been nice to make a warm drink in the evening. The Starbucks next door had to suffice."

"Slightly tricky location to navigate with the car but compensated by the location, right in the heart of the old city, 5 mins to the Cathedral. The valet parking on arrival and check-out was a nice touch. All the staff were super nice, friendly and helpful, without exception. "Wonderful wonderful stay. Central location to all the things I wanted to do. The staff spoke enough English to assist me at check in and gave me a complimentary map and highlighted locations to visit during my stay. My room was very tidy and clean. The ceiling color was absolutely my favorite (Tiffany blue). My only teeny tiny complaint was the noise from the streets (couple of bars near hotel).
