The staff spoke enough English to assist me at check in and gave me a complimentary map and highlighted locations to visit during my stay. My room was very tidy and clean. The ceiling color was absolutely my favorite (Tiffany blue). My only teeny tiny complaint was the noise from the streets (couple of bars near hotel). "Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Room very small and had to ask for robes and hair conditioner. Excellent food both at breakfast and dinner (except for bread at dinner which was stale and leftover from breakfast."

"The staff were fantastic. Utter stars. They seemed genuinely delighted to help accommodate us. The views of the Alhambra were magnificent. Can't believe we could sleep while looking at it. Easy transport, hop on hop off train literally outside the door and taxis/ local bus just outside up the hill nearer Alhambra entrance. (Taxis within minutes if called) Lovely walk down the hill towards gate of the pomegranates / city centre. Would happily stay here again, worth every penny "

"While close to a busy street, this hotel tucked behind a monument to Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus, was a perfect location for this visit. Buses to the train and bus stations are very close by and the bus to the Alhambra couldn't be closer- out the door of the hotel, turn right and there they are! On the edge of the Albaicin district, it is an easy walk to many sites. As a bonus, the hotel has a nice bistro for a drink and meal and you can get a good breakfast in the restaurant. Hotel...

"Stayed in an all-female room. The rooms are located above a very busy bar, so expect it to be noisy until around 2am at night. Generally clean but bathroom is rather basic - hanging facilities limited. It is not located on a main road, but in interior streets so if safety is a concern for you, please reconsider. Though I did not visit the bar downstairs, apparently it is quite popular. The atmosphere appears nice."
