Friendly and helpful staff. A bit hard to find. The rooms are comfortable and bathroom/shower is excellent. You can hear some internal noise but not too bad. Overall a good stay.

Great value hotel. Excellent location, safe and quiet. 15 mns walk to Alhambra (taxi in front 7euro ) Room spacious, clean, comfy beds, excellent water pressure. Balcony no view though. Breakfast ok. Parking in building, though an aventure to drive to the underground parking. All in all, very happy with the stay, a great value hotel

The hotel is lovely. Bed was comfortable. The room is very hot and the thermostat is pre-set to not go below 20 degrees. I was in a room with a single window that overlooked a courtyard with restaurants below. It was very noisy in the evenings and early in the morning when they would begin to set up for the day. Front desk staff was cordial.

The hotel is well located just off Plaza Nueva, with lots of tapas places and restaurants. It is across the street from the stop for the bus to the Alhambra and an easy walk down from the Alhambra. The staff was very helpful, calling the car rental agency to get information for us.

Nice room, good location, tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. My only concern was the lack of taxis at 6:00am. We were told to walk a few blocks down the road to flag one down. We eventually got one but almost missed our train. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to allow extra time for travel connections.

Very difficult to reach if you drive your car. Instructions provided by the hotel are unclear. It’s location is fantastic. Walking distance from everywhere including the Alhambra, shopping and eating places. Good restaurant and rooms are very nice. They have enclosed parking. We would stay there again. .

Excellent stay - hotel is in a fantastic location within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. The Alhambra is also only about a 15-20 min (uphill of course) walk from the hotel. From the train station the hotel is about a 25 minute walk. The rooms are clean, with equipment in working order. It would definitely help to have USB charging ports (there were none in the room that I could find), so it is important to have an adapter if coming from an area with different plugs. Would definitely stay here again!
