"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were always accommodating and friendly, often greeting us as we entered and left. The pool and gym facilities were great. We booked a breakfast included package and the meals were always nice. It's located very close to the busiest area of Maspalomas so not suitable if you want a quiet holiday but for us it was perfect. "The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."
