"My first time to Gran Canary. Wanted an all inclusive experience for my holiday. So glad I picked this hotel! Worth the money. Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Hotel staff was superb! From the moment I arrived, I felt as if I was treated like the only person there. Everyone is attentive and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. The room was beautiful and clean. Hotel San Agustin Beach Club

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (155)
"The hotel itself is quite unique in style, we had a standard room and it was very spacious and included a comfortable seating area where you could watch TV which had quite a few English channels. Unfortunately the standard rooms are at the back right above the delivery/loading bay area and you are awoken by the deliveries every day any time between 4.30 and 6am. Staff were apologetic but nothing they can do about it and as hotel was full, we couldn't be moved. Plenty of sunbeds - hotel was full...
