"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds. "We had a great 5-day stay at the hotel. The staff (except one), service and food were all perfect. After our checkout, we had an hour until our transfer and made the mistake of sitting at the outside part of the bar. The bar manager was very keen on patronizing and educating us on what is “normal” and what is not.
