"Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing. "

"Pros: Staff very attentive and helpful with a few English and Spanish speakers. Right across the street from Joaquina Rita Bier lake. A good spot if you don't have a car. A tour agency is very close. A pharmacy which is next to a 24 hour gas station with convenience store are about 3 blocks away. Very nice heated swimming pools. Breakfasts was simple but good with omelets made to order. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The shower and bun gun had strong water pressure. Air con worked great with no musty...
